Plastic is good!
We have produced things in plastic since the 1950s and today each person consumes an average of about 500 kg in various plastic packaging that will all be thrown away one day.........
Plastic is not a sustainable material and is considered a consumable (plastic rarely lives over 50 years) and the average age is probably closer to a year.
It is what we do with it when we throw it away and destroy it that matters to nature and animals.
We recycle about 10% of all plastic produced on earth, we do this in various forms of destruction. You grind it down, burn it to heat it, melt it down and make new plastic things from it.......
New methods are coming all the time, today there is a fairly new method
called pyrolysis ) recycling.

This means that you heat the plastic to about 280-300 Gr without oxygen, then you can recycle components such as oil into a Bio oil that can be added to the production of new plastic, gas that is used to heat the reactors.

You can start with your annual production, everyone produces at least 50 kg of plastic waste per year, it costs about €10, everyone can do it and then you do not fill the "garbage mountain" but remove more than you add. If you feel like you want to remove more, that's great, for every kilo you remove you get a reward from the parent company Corsair!
